Frequently asked questions

How much are the licenses?

For fishing trips, licenses are mandatory by official provision. Each license is priced at $25 USD and one license per adult passenger is required.

In the case of recreational tour trips, no fishing licenses are required.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

For cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before departure, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Total Charter Cost will apply. Any amount paid above this fee will be refunded.

For cancellations made 7 days or less before departure, as well as No Shows, 100% of the Total Charter Cost is non-refundable.

If the reservation was secured with a partial deposit, the same cancellation periods apply. Any refundable amount will be calculated based on the applicable cancellation fee and the amount already paid.

There are no refunds for seasickness or for a guest voluntarily deciding to end the trip early.

We usually catch fish, but with fishing there are no guarantees. We always do our best to find the fish that you are looking to target, but sometimes luck isn’t with us… that’s why they call it “fishing” not “catching”!

As per the industry standard, there are no refunds if you do not catch fish.

Yes! We partner with Rinehart Taxidermy here in Cabo San Lucas. They will greet your boat upon returning to the marina.

Conditions can vary greatly. If we cancel your trip due to inclement weather conditions your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to another trip.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to take preventative measures for sea sickness. Over-the-counter medications such as Dramamine and Bonine work very well when taken the night before, and then again one hour prior to boarding. If you are unsure that you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend taking these preventative measures.
